AMERICA! WE CAN DO BETTER! VOTE!

Thoughts on the election…

  • On November 2, your goodness will continue the restoration of government.
  • Your vote may not sway the outcome. Your arguments may not persuade the opposition. It is not your responsibility to sway or persuade, but to stand. You are not required to be a leader, but you must be there. When the weakest among us decide to make a difference, our standing will become the strongest.
  • Even some of the best of candidates are getting sucked into the same old system of debating process and party, when it becomes more about their career than our country. Look for this contrast when candidates speak.
  • Just because Christine O’Donnell could not answer the question on recent Supreme Court rulings she disagrees with, does not mean she could not make the right votes in the U.S. Senate. The system measures qualification for office on passing a test, not principles. If we are to continue electing the people, not the professionals, we must remove ourselves from the system by transcending it.

If she doesn’t know what she’s opposing, or even prepare a token answer, I wouldn’t trust her to get it right with the job even if I supported her positions.
